About Us
I have sat in the chair you are in.
The product does not sell itself. Expertise does not create demand. Founders Ramp exists to build the operating system around that gap.

Why Founders Ramp exists
Many founders have a real product, a real buyer, and a real reason someone should talk to them. The market still does not always know what they do, when to call, or why a conversation should happen now.
Referrals dry up. Founder-led selling becomes a bottleneck. Outbound gets ignored. Content creates visibility but not a next step. Founders Ramp exists to put a sales motion under that, so the company can sell before it hires sellers.
Justin Weller
I am Justin Weller. Founders Ramp is me, in the room, with a founder who still has to close.
At Workiva I was on the original sales team. Zero customers. The job was to find who would buy, why they would buy now, and a motion other people could run. That included companies getting ready to go public, and later mid-market financial services.
I learned that first in wireless. New markets. New teams. Then the same work in software. A market that is not selling needs a process, managers who inspect work, and a number that is not a wish.
At Smartsheet I stood up a Global 2000 key accounts motion. It failed. I keep that in the room. Founders copy enterprise theater because it looks like growth. It is often just a bigger version of the same empty deal.
I have also taken over consulting practices that were not selling. Same holes: no discovery, no qualification, no equal commitment, hope instead of a next step with a date.
How the work is different
We start with the core sale: what you sell, who it is for, why they care, and what trigger creates demand. Then a repeatable motion that fits the people who will actually run it.
The goal is not activity. The goal is qualified conversations, a next step someone owns, and a way to inspect the work once you have a first hire.
We do not become your VP. You still have to own the number.
